TRAINING

The length and structure of the training program
are adaptable to the needs of each organization –
with an orientation towards team building, competency assessment,
personal development or other

The training program is co-created
with the client to meet the specific needs of their organization.
The goal of the training is established from the beginning:
the desired changes the training is hoped to bring about.
A plan is then laid out for how  The Iris Map method
can realize those changes. The training involves
mind and body exercises, discussion,
interactive exercises between the participants,
and practical exercises that allow participants to experience
how the colored spaces function practically
in the workplace. Participants acquire tools that enable them
to draw from their imaginations in their daily working lives.
The training also enables them to assess their strengths and weaknesses,
to understand their co-workers better,
and to reflect on how they would like to improve and develop
their relationships with them. To facilitate the continued application of the method,
written materials are provided that offer an overview of the colored spaces
and room to note down personal reflections about the work.
